I love using these…I was surprised how well they stay in place, through hair washes and daily skin oils. I rarely lose 1 before they need removing. I do recommend getting yourself a 360* mirror as this helps enormously with applying them! I find that they’re helping…the only thing I struggle with is limiting it to 1 treatment protocol! I could do with wearing 5 different lots at all times! LOL

I wear 5 seeds in my right ear for migraines . I wear them for 5 days and take 2 days off . This way works perfect for me and have helped my headaches too

Helping with my fatigue I was diagnosed with ME and found the story of the founder interesting so thought I'll give the ear seeds a trial. I do believe they're helping with the chronic fatigue that is a big part of ME, and they look good too.

Using the acusseds protocol help me to improve my migraine I am still using 2 Protocols. One for antiflamatory and the other for headaches. I think the headaches I can feel is working faster than the antiflamatory one.

Practice makes Perfect! I have only started the Ear Seeds. I do feel a slight difference. However the issue is with my back and it is chronic. Although I feel it a bit difficult to get it to the master area of the ear. However practice makes perfect! I feel confident enough and now have subscribed to having them replenished, Thank you

excellent ear seeds These by far are the best ear seeds I have used. They adhere to your skin and stay put for the duration.

Slight decrease in my headaches since using them Got them for headaches/ brain fog that I have quite frequently as I have cfs / longcovid . Whilst using them for about 2 months worth so far I have seen a reduce in headaches so pretty pleased so far

Definitely work I've been using these for nearly a year and I can definitely see the benefits. I don't use them every day but use them as and when I think I will need them (for anxiety/stress) They definitely help. Long Covid Fatigue - GONE! I've had Long covid for 4 years. I had made some improvements with meditation, yoga nidra, breathwork, cold exposure etc. However, having another relapse of chronic fatigue, and having given up on Western medicine, I decided to try acuseeds. Within days the fatigue lifted. I can't beleive how effective these are. I also feel better able to cope with stress which stops me getting overwhelmed and triggering symptoms. Good value This is my first month on the subscription however having bought the seeds previously and finding certain varieties particularly supportive, the monthly subscription seems really good value for my money. It means i can rotate ears each week as well.

Great for TMJ I have TMJD and my while doing some research on helping my pain, my wife came across acu seeds. She bought me a trial pack and they seem to have made a significant difference for me. I used them for three months and was so impressed that I have now signed up for monthly deliveries. I still struggle from time to time but having them to rub really helps and gives me a focus. My pain is considerably less debilitating and I am SO grateful!

Best sleep In a while I use them every 5 days on different ears and have slept better than I have in a while and not getting as many hot flushes.

Ear popped after many years of being blocked! My husband has had a blocked ear for many years - it popped after a few days of wearing these!!!! I was sceptical at first - I have been wearing them too - but I am not sure if I have had any benefit yet, but either way it can't do any harm!!

Neat and effective These are so easy to place on the ear after a bit of practice. I like that they are so subtle and not only do I feel the work, I find it quite therapeutic when you apply the gentle pressure on each, as advised. Very happy with my purchase and even happier having the subscription as it works out cheaper.

Mobility and MS I have MS which affects my mobility, but since using the seeds I have found my mobility to be improved and I feel more mobile. Unfortunately hot weather does have a bad affect on my mobility, so sometimes I feel that any benefit from the seeds is disguised by the rays from the sun which is unfortunate.

Very good As i am recovering from brain tumour surgery,I was desperate to try something new. My daughter brought these seeds & said mum give it ago.I was suffering daily headaches chronic fatigue & anxiety general would worry about eveything.So I tried these & now 4weeks in ican honestly say I am feeling so much better my headaches have subsided considerably fatigue is much better & my anxiety is so much h better I feel so relaxed & not get so stressed so I think they are definitely working.I will try & continue using these seeds as I do actually feel different in myself.

I love my ear... I love my ear seeds. I put 5 ear seeds in at a time for the full benefit. But sometimes I put 3 in not to run out before my monthly subscription arrives. Life changing!! I just love the holistic approach to self healing and everything acu seed stands for. I tried a cheaper alternative as do find them a little pricey, but I soon returned as they didn't live up to the standards I was used too. I also had a break completely from ear seeds as wasn't sure they were having much effect on me... This resulted in an awful chronic migraine flare up! After a week of using acu seeds again my condition started easing again, 100% would recommend to everyone and anyone!!

Acuseeds for Fertility/Periods I bought your acu seeds via the website after seeing you on dragon's dens. At this stage I would try anything as the past year and a bit had been awful. Let's go back to the beginning ... I came off the coil after 7 years of having it. I then had 2 periods, then didn't have any periods for 7 months, then 2 periods again, then finally after trying for a year we got pregnant unfortunately miscarried in July 23 then I haven't had a period since then saw your product after trying diet, actual acupuncture, reflexology and basically anything I could to bring on a period as the doctors wrote me off at 32 to have menopause as no one in my family ever went through it early I was adamant that wasn't correct. Anyway, only thing I have changed is putting these acuseeds in my husband put them in on Saturday and by Sunday I had my 1st period 6 months, I am so shocked and over the moon let's hope this is the pathway to having my rainbow baby after doctors said that wouldn't happen.
