Acupressure magnet patches are small adhesive patches embedded with magnets, used to stimulate acupressure points on the body. These patches combine the principles of acupressure and magnet therapy to promote relaxation, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.

meet the founder
East Healing (formerly Acu Seeds) was founded by Giselle Boxer, who was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or M.E at the age of 26.
When her GP told her that she would never recover from the condition, Giselle went on a personal healing journey using a holistic approach of diet, supplementation but most importantly Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Giselle believes that acupuncture, Chinese herbs and ear seeds played a huge role in reducing her symptoms. TCM has also been hugely beneficial for her during pregnancy and post-partum.

- Peel the backing and stick the patch directly onto the acupressure point.
- Leave it on for up to 3 days.

You can typically wear them for up to 3 days. Note that heavy sweating or showering may affect the adhesive. Replace the plaster should it come away from the skin before 3 days.

Can I reuse acupressure magnet patches?
The adhesive plasters are one-use only, but our product contains 20 replacement plasters so you can reuse the magnets. You can reuse the magnet 3 times before disposing of it.
